Information in your clinical treatment record, such as your medical history, consent forms, treatment notes, and clinical photographs, is kept confidential under our clinical record-keeping practices and applicable law. We never use it for marketing without your written permission.

• Booking and payment information: the service you book, appointment dates and times, and deposit or payment details. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

• Health and skin information: details you share on consultation or intake forms, such as skin type, skin concerns, medical history, medications, allergies, and prior treatments. This also includes photos you send us for a consultation and before-and-after photos taken as part of your treatment.

• Communications: messages you send through our contact forms, email, text, phone, or social media, and any feedback or reviews you give us.

• Account information: if you create a member account on the Site, your login details and profile information.

• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, time spent on pages, and approximate location based on your IP address.

We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer SMS consent, text-messaging opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or consumer personal data to any external organization for marketing or any other purpose, for any reason, including with your consent. Email

We send emails about your appointments and account. If you sign up for our marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You will still receive emails about your appointments.

Photos, Reviews, and Testimonials

Before-and-after photos taken during treatment are part of your clinical record. We will not post your photos, name, or testimonial on our website, social media, or advertising without your separate written permission. When we do use photos with permission, we crop or obscure identifying features where practical.

You may withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us. We will stop new uses, but we may not be able to remove content already published or shared.

Reviews you post on third-party sites such as Google are public and governed by those sites' privacy policies.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Clinical records are kept for the period required by Colorado law and professional standards. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. These include limiting access to staff and service providers who need it, password-protected and encrypted systems, and secured physical records. No website, email, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send detailed medical information through social media messages or unencrypted email; call us or share it during your consultation instead.
